Bucharest, as the capital city of Romania, has a large accommodation network covering all types of hosting: from 5 starts hotels to hostels and Airbnb. During the last years, Bucharest is host to a plethora of major events, from international conferences to large scale concerts and will further be home of other important events (e.g UEFA 2020).  With all these opportunities, significant investments were done in terms of infrastructure and accommodation.

There is a wide range of hotels that are located within 1 to 2 km from the conference venue. 3* hotels have prices in range of 40-70 euros/night, 4* hotels cover prices of 80-120 euros/night, while a room at a 5* hotel can cost between 120-150 euros/night. Budget wise options include 2* hotels or Airbnb, with prices as low as 15 euros/night. These places can always be a source of fun or pleasant surprise, great for discovering more of the local vibe, however we recommend to approach them carefully and thoroughly check the review section before booking.
