Workshops should showcase current and emerging FOSS4G technologies, foster skills development in the open geospatial domain and provide a direct interaction between our highly skilled OSGeo community and the public at large who want to acquire new skills.
Each workshop takes 4 hours. The Faculty of Geography – University of Bucharest kindly provides us 10 rooms, for 2 days. We can accommodate 40 workshops. The maximum number of participants is 20 per workshop.
When submitting a workshop, use the abstract to make the scope and the contents clear. If possible, include the list of topics you want to cover. You can take advantage of the Markdown to make it also pretty.
You will be asked to indicate the level: from 1 – beginner to 4 – highly advanced.
For submitted workshops, the deeply-rooted in the community Workshop Committee will make the selection.
