Dr Anneley Hadland is passionate about the continuous development of spatial technology and Earth Observation. She has worked in a variety of application areas including risk management, defence, disaster relief, and environmental modelling. She currently works for Deimos Space UK in their Earth Observation Applications section, and is undertaking a UK Space Agency funded project providing improved satellite derived information to key stakeholders in Mongolia, using traditional image processing techniques alongside newer AI methodologies.
