Vlad is currently the Head of Navigation and Ground Systems in GMV Romania. From his position he is direct responsible for business development activities related for several business units tackling GNSS, data processing, applications, satellite control and mission planning.

With more than 12 years experience in the space sector, mainly related to GNSS, Remote Sensing and GIS, Vlad has previously been the Romanian delegate for GNSS related activities in relation with the European Commission and the European Space Agency and a former member of the European GNSS Agency’s Administrative Board.
