Civil Engineering Faculty – Budapest University of Technology and Economics

The Faculty of Civil Engineering is the oldest Faculty of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. It was founded in 1782. The most essential service of the faculty – education linked closely to research and engineering work – is reflected in the scientific activities of nearly 140 engineers in 10 departments.

There are three branches in our B.Sc. educational program Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and Geoinformatics Engineering. Both English and Hungarian courses are offered for our B.Sc., M.Sc and PhD students.
